Pricing Based On How Complex Your Website Is

Prices for the Website Maintenance Care Plans are calculated based on these factors:

  • the number of plugins running the site
  • the level of functionality the website requires
  • whether or not the site is an e-commerce site
  • level of difficulty with site hosting (Preferred hosting is GoDaddy Business Plan)
  • who built the site (WSUM or other – sites built by WSUM are less difficult to manage)

These factors determine the amount of time involved to update, thoroughly test the site after updating, and quickly revert the site should something go wrong.

The goal of the maintenance plan is to find any issues before your website guests experience a problem. If major issues (issues requiring more than 30 minutes to resolve) arise from an update, you’ll receive an email detailing the issue and options for fixing the problem.

Pricing is based on the number of plugins, functionality score, and difficulty score. This is a monthly subscription and is required before we will handle any development jobs. It is against our policy to work on websites that have no maintenance plan in place.
